1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to chocolate workshops booked directly through Belgian Chocola, operated by Belgian Workshop Experiences in Belgium.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Workshop reservations are subject to availability.
  • The total price, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges, is displayed before payment.
  • Online bookings are confirmed after successful payment and acceptance of the reservation.
  • Customers must provide accurate contact and booking information.
  • Booking confirmations are sent electronically.

3. Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours before the workshop: Customers may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the workshop: Cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be requested, subject to availability.
  • No-shows: Customers who do not attend without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation by Belgian Chocola: Customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

These conditions do not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply to leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period.

Therefore, scheduled chocolate workshop bookings are subject to the cancellation conditions stated above.

5. Workshop Participation

  • Minimum age: 12 years.
  • Language: English, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Allergies and dietary requirements: Customers must inform us of relevant allergies or dietary requirements before participating. Our workshops may involve allergens, and an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
